    Rachel. Do the tutorials and look at my post on sketchup plug-ins. Give yourself simple challenges to begin with, don't go for the complex stuff off the bat. Sketchup is an instrument that you are just learning so start with thee basics! I promise that once you "get" sketchup you'll advance very quickly, its a very user friendly software.
